What do the cost basis options mean?
- FIFO (First‑In, First‑Out): sells your oldest buys first; PnL uses earliest lot costs.
- LIFO (Last‑In, First‑Out): sells your newest buys first; PnL uses most recent lot costs.
- HIFO (Highest‑In, First‑Out): sells the lot with the highest cost per token first (often minimizes realized gains).
- AVG (Average cost): treats holdings as one pool with a single weighted‑average cost; each sell uses that pooled average.
